to get to Gym Sub from Barcelona,
Girona and Perpignan
Airports. Barcelona is the best connected
by motorway and has the widest choice of flights. Girona
is the closest to Gym Sub but is not well served by international
flights and Perpignan is a little closer
than Barcelona, a slightly easier road journey but few incoming flights.

| From Barcelona Airport | ||||||
| Barcelona Airport, El Prat, is well served by many airlines and is located 10 km south of the centre of Barcelona. The airport's website is not quite complete but it promises to offer much useful information in the future. | ||||||

| The Aerobus service to Barcelona runs every fifteen minutes between 06:00 and 23:00 Mon-Fri, and 06:30 to 22:50 Saturdays and Holidays. The service picks up from each terminal and arrives in the Placa de Catalunya in front of El Corte Ingles. Buses are equipped to take wheelchairs and the fare is about 2,80 Euros. Use the metro to get to the Estación del Norte and then take a Sarfa bus to Begur. When you arrive to Begur, give us a call and we will pick you up. This option costs approximately 24 Euros each way. | ||||||

| The nearest station to Gym Sub is Flaça and you can buy a ticket in the airport train station - cost is about 7 Euros each way. From the airport train station you take a train to Barcelona Sants station (20 minutes) and change platforms to take another train going in the direction of Figueres (2 hours). There's a train every 30 minutes from the airport 6 A.M. to 10:30 P.M. The RENFE website includes information on train travel throughout Spain and the FGC website has maps of the train lines. Give us a call when you arrive at Flaça and we'll come and collect you or you can catch a taxi. (both cost 20 Euros per person) | ||||||

| Taxis are available at the airport 24 hours. The fare to the centre of Barcelona is about 15 Euros and takes 20 minutes. To take a taxi directly from the Airport to the Gym Sub, the cost is approximately 98 Euros plus luggage, each way. | ||||||

| Perpignan-Rivesaltes Airport Located northwest of Perpignan, 5 Km from the town center and five minutes from the A9 motorway. It is served by a daily flight from Stanstead with RyanAir and either Flightfile or Skydeals should be able to find charter flights too. | ||||||

| Take the "shuttle" to Perpignan train station and from there a train to towards Figueres. You will have to change train in Port-Bou or Cerberes for your final trip to Flaça station which is the one nearest to Gym Sub.
